Story
Hey everyone!
Kai & I are participating in AGW Downunder, a fitness/wellness fundraising activity that will benefit an organisation that we've been supporting this year, CFC ANCOP Australia. It's aim is to unite Australians from all walks of life, motivating them to stay active and healthy while making a positive impact on the lives of those less fortunate.
ANCOP or Answering the Cry of the Poor is a not-for-profit organisation that focuses its work into primarily funding its 3 core programs, which are EDUCATION SUPPORT, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, and CALAMITY RESPONSE, in the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu.
Throughout the next four weeks, Kai & I are committing at least 30 minutes of our time per day to exercise/fitness/wellness. This may not sound much for others, but for busy parents like us juggling work, school, kids, fam & personal life, this is pretty hard to do!😆 But we're motivated to stay on track!
We'll be tracking our progress via Facebook & Instagram stories to ensure that we stay accountable and hopefully encourage you to support our cause, too!
If you're thinking of supporting this organisation, please click on the link below! Also visit https://cfcancop.org.au/ to see all the wonderful work that they have been doing!
Thanks in advance! 💪💪💪
